ARTE on Sacred Skin

For all fans in Europe: French German TV channel ARTE will be broadcasting an eight minute documentary, part of the culture magazine Metropolis, on Thailand’s sacred tattoos and on Sacred Skin, on September 17th! The program will feature interviews with the book’s authors Aroon Thaewchatturat and Tom Vater, as well as photographer James Nachtwey and renowned tattoo master Achan Neng Onnut.
Metropolis will be on at 11.30 pm and the program will be repeated on September 18th at 5.45pm.
